You may think you know her.
Her beauty. Her scent. Her uniqueness.
Her essence and loving ways are exposed.
Rare and Graceful in all her ways…
She brings color to your world.
But, unknown to you…
her fragrance comes from a much deeper place.
Her heart. Her soul.
Her inner confidence.
Lies deep within her outer layers.
Waiting for you to discover.

This was recently posted on my Face Book Page. But for all you fellow bloggers who are not connected with me on Facebook, this is my post submitted for the Daily Prompt: Earth.
Words cannot describe this experience. All I can honestly say is that this experience has changed me forever. Jumping out of an airplane from 10,000 feet at 120 mph may seem crazy to most of you. But for me: it was mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually cleansing.
This was a huge adrenaline rush. Once I jumped, my mind was focused only on the moment. Free from all the junk. Once my feet touched the Earth, my perspective had changed. My focus was enhanced. My mind, body and soul could see the world in a much more positive view. I had challenged myself in a way I had never done before. I had gained a newfound confidence. Free falling from the sky opened my eyes to the real beauty of what life is about. Life is about living and transforming into something much more beautiful. I am stronger than what I once was. I am thankful.
This is me.
This is me free-falling 10,000 feet

She whispered, “I’m afraid.”
And then everything changed when she realized
In nearly every aspect of our lives, whether it’s in ourselves or in others; we will face moments when we will need this thing called confidence. So how do we gain it, build it and own it? The bad news is; there’s no easy fix. The good news? It is achievable.
So what do we do?
First, we must realize that we are human and make mistakes. Yes, we will make mistakes! Mistakes are meant to be made for our learning. Once, we learn how to handle failure, we will then see it for what it is and gain a better positive attitude. Don’t strive for perfection but rather build on the small, simple victories. Own your thoughts. Stay focused. Stay grounded. Don’t let others cause doubt. There’s no room for it! Stay committed.
So, if that voice within ever whispers, “I’m afraid.”
Know and realize that everything will change because “YOU CAN”
