Pursue and Catapult

Without a thought of what could possibly happen, I hit publish and my first blog post began its catapult into the blogosphere of the unknown.

Turn to the Sun received two ‘likes” and two comments. So, I continued to pursue the view from my small window from the world around me.

Whether two, ten or ten thousand…I am thankful for my blogging community who continues to support me and my world of words. 🙂 For you, I am thankful.

For me, writing is always a win because I always learn.

Without Qualms

As the evening glow lowered in the distance, their harsh words were silenced;

and all they could do was watch…

gifting a moment’s qualm to the sunset fade.

Reflecting

The moment we lose sight of our own reflection is the moment we forget our purpose.

Just as the sun radiates its reflection on the still water, so are our lives to others. Everything we do and say leaves an impression reflecting for everyone around us to see.
Even when you are least aware, your words and actions are reflecting who you are.
When is the last time you saw your own reflection? If you haven’t seen it recently, you may be forgetting your purpose in life.
Sometimes we can get so caught up in our own lives that we completely forget someone may be watching.
What will they see? What will they hear? Will they know what our purpose is in life? Will they see the goodness in our reflection like the sun on the water?

May we always be looking deep into our hearts and souls to see the reflection we are giving others. And may it always be amazingly beautiful with purpose.
