Walking along the city street, the beauty of the blue brick caught my eye. The quaint row house with just a single chair spoke volumes. I found myself opaque; much like the windows along the blue. Perhaps the thoughts behind the closed-door were similar to mine. Perhaps not. As I continued to walk, the quaint row house disappeared into a faded existence. The foreseen future; a mystery to all.

Thank you Laura, for your simple words and desire to prompt good writing. No “qualms” (today’s word) for me when it comes to liking that. Nice to meet.
This is a beautiful use of “opaque” I admire your ability to tell a complete story in just a few sentences…you make your point perfectly.
Nice Laura. Love this picture. One chair seems like loneliness – there should be 2 chairs. A sign that your life is full and loneliness does not exist in this house. Just my thoughts. Happy Day Laura.
Great prompt and photo!
Thank you! 🙂
Such a beauty!!
I agree. The row houses in the city are so unique. Love them!
