Scriptures of Strength: A Podcast Challenge

Hello Everyone,

I’m stepping into new waters and posting my very first Podcast. I have no followers, as of yet, and that’s ok by me. I’m just praying I’m not in over my head on this experience and can gain lots of knowledge and wisdom from all of you.

If you are skilled in this area, please feel free to give advice and constructive criticism. I’m all ears! LOL!ย  And if you’re not skilled in this area, your comments are also welcomed. ๐Ÿ™‚

So, please take a moment and listen to my short 3-minute post. I hope you are encouraged by it and will want to participate.

Lots of love,

Laura

  1. I love that Scripture! It’s a great one. It’s often so hard for people just to quiet themselves enough to hear the voice of God. My mind goes back to Moses at the Red Sea. He had to remind the Israelites to: “Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.” Before we can ever see God’s power, we need to be still. Calm our emotions, and just rest.
    Keep posting Scriptures! Also check out my blog: jprobinson.org. I think you’ll enjoy it.

    • Thank you so much for your comment. I apologize for the late response. Please forgive me.. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
      Great example you have portrayed. Looking forward to following your blog!

  2. You have a nice voice is easy to understand. I know nothing of pod-casting, but I do know about scripture. You have chosen a great one for starting you year. “Be still and know that I am God.” Blessing to you on this venture.

    • Thanks Oneta! We have something in common. I know nothing of podcasting, as well! Ha ha! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ But I do know this scripture is powerful and says a lot to me. Thanks for your comments and support!

  3. Great Job Laura! After the first one it gets pretty easy. Always speak from the heart and speak as if your giving a testimony. This Helped me get through the episodes of my podcast. If you need any help on the technical side, let me know. I will try my best to guide you in the right direction.

    My favorite scripture from the bible is psalm 27. It helped me get to where I am today.

    The Lord is my light and my salvation;
    Whom shall I fear?
    The Lord is the strength of my life;
    Of whom shall I be afraid?

  4. You can do it. Its not hard. Just always remember to speak what is in your heart
    I’ve been doing it for 10 plus years
    And each time I do one I thank God.
