“Bliss” takes on a different meaning for each of us. Even with me, I have several things that give me a blissful feeling. Listening to music, hugging my cuddly dog of 14 years; crazy, random laughing with my family, the feeling of accomplishment, enjoying that moment of a sunrise or sunset, eating chocolate in that moment of desperation, an evening walk along the ocean front, warm hugs from a child, the sensation of my husband’s touch, connecting with God through His creation, or just feeling the morning sun on my face are simply blissful.
But that moment of being able to put my feet up, take a deep breath and allow my body to relax says it all for me.
Listening to my inner voice.
Closing my eyes to the world around me.
Looking for simplicity.
Realizing with a certainty
that nothing is more real
than a blissful state of mind.
But that moment of being able to put my feet up, take a deep breath and allow my body to relax says it all for me. What gives you a blissful state of mind? Your thoughts are always welcomed.
