Pardon the Interruption…

I am standing on my Christian principles,

my freedom of speech,

and my moral conscience

to say these few words.

Fifty Shades of Grey is not love.

Fifty Shades of Grey is not moral.

Fifty Shades of Grey is not romance.

Fifty Shades of Grey is Unacceptable!

Fifty Shades of Grey is just wrong!

  1. Laura, thank you for speaking out. I have not ever even heard of these books or the movie till last week listening to Focus On The Family. So much confusion on what love and respect is, and this is saturating our media from every direction. God had a beautiful plan and it has been twisted. I am so thankful for some of my film industry friends that are working to change this. Two good ones to consider this weekend, on DVD, The Song. Well made, and has a message for romance and protecting marriages. The other is in the theaters today, Old Fashioned. I have not screened this one, but Melody has been working on this story for a long time and has a passion for purity and passion God’s way. So needed.

Again, thank you for speaking out. Also very much needed.

    Blessings,
    Faitma

    • Hi Fatima, Thanks so much for the “like” and the comment. I have been seeing so much exposure about this on TV, and I was just tired of the whole thing, so I spoke up. It’s becoming so sad to see our world so ungodly and everything is just accepted as ok. 😦 Really boggles my mind as to what some people are thinking…but I am only one person and I do what I can through my words and example. Thanks for sharing the movies. I will definitely check them out. I always appreciate your encouraging words and support.
      Love always,
      Laura

      • Hi Laura, I so agree. It is so sad where we are at. Don’t underestimate what God can do through one person (you). I am so praying that more people in the church will stand up. We can’t afford to be silent anymore.

Thank you again. Love to you also.

        Blessings,
        Fatima
